So not sure what that is exactly. Other than that its perfect. Comes with many attachments as pictured. It turns on seems to work fine.

Like new or unused Rocco pasta/sausage maker. Most of it appears totally unused some pieces still in plastic. As pictured it appears to have a flaw or something that looks like crack but doesn go all the way through either side.
